SWAY
2023 / Performance

This project investigates the notion of “sway” as a state of being/moving; as a tool to negotiate with the environment in which we evolve.

Deeply imbedded in a practice of listening, it takes inspiration in Pauline Oliveros’ “Sonic Meditations” to explore how the sonic atmosphere of a space can impact and inform my moving body.

Premiered in june 2023 at Långöfesten, in Älvdalen, Sweden.
